Turmeric is an amazing herb. It has so many healing properties and can be used in juices and cooking – Here is one of my favourite juices

  1. 2 apples
  2. 2 inches of turmeric root
  3. 2 inches of ginger root.

You need to add a pinch of black papper and a tea spoon of coconut or extra virgin olive oil to help absorb the turmeric and curcumin.

This juice is an amazing kick starter for the day. More of a shot than a juice. Give it a try and let me know what you think.
