The Golden Rule: One Use Per Customer Our WELCOME10 code is designed to give you 10% off as a warm welcome to Golden Essence. It is strictly limited to one use per customer.
Already shopped with us but missed the discount? No problem! If you are a returning customer but didn't get a chance to use a welcome discount on your very first order, you are still eligible. The system will happily accept the code for your next purchase, as long as you haven't used it before.
What is excluded? To keep our freight and supply sustainable, this discount cannot be applied to:
- Bulk items weighing 22kg or more.
- Wholesale-priced items. (Note: If you have a mix of standard and bulk items in your cart, the 10% discount will smartly apply only to the eligible standard products!)
Why did my total change at checkout? When you add the WELCOME10 code to your slide-out cart, it may visually apply to the subtotal. However, when you proceed to the final checkout screen and enter your email address, our system will securely verify your order history. If it recognizes that you have already claimed this code on a previous order, the discount will be automatically removed, and your final total will reflect the standard pricing.
