Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
We offer free shipping on eligible orders below 22kg that meet minimum order values. For orders exceeding 22kg, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
For larger bulk orders over 200kg, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Shippit with a tracking number. Please use this number to track and follow up on your delivery directly with the carrier. Our shipping partners are more likely to respond to inquiries from the recipient rather than us. If you need further assistance, refer to the tracking details in your email.

Shipping Heavy Products
Many of our products, such as salts, are heavy and can be costly to ship. We do our best to keep shipping rates as low as possible by subsidizing costs in most locations. We work with multiple carriers, including Australia Post, Couriers Please, and Fastway/Aramex and TNT Road Express to offer you the best shipping rates based on your location.
Order Processing & Delivery Times
We strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 10 AM on a business day will typically be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 10 AM will be shipped the next business day.
Estimated delivery time varies depending on location, generally ranging from 2 to 14 business days. However, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
Please note: We cannot offer refunds due to delays caused by our shipping partners.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
By default, all orders are shipped with Authority to Leave unless specified otherwise at checkout. This means that if no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave it in a safe place at the delivery address. If no safe place is available, the parcel may be taken to a nearby depot for collection.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate delivery address.
- Include any necessary delivery instructions.
- Ensure there is a safe place for the package to be left.
Golden Essence is not responsible for missing parcels if clear delivery instructions are not provided or if the courier provides Proof of Delivery.
Shipping to PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
Deliveries to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers may incur additional charges due to limited carrier options. If extra fees apply, we will contact you before dispatch.
Express Post
Express shipping is available for select orders. Please note that heavy orders cannot be sent via Australia Post Express.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your parcel’s progress using this number.
